Floriday developments: from one combined shop to setting location order preferences

Floriday is constantly developing new features and improvements on functions. Product Owner Sofie takes us through last quarter's developments.

Developments for sales from a single shop

Growers who work with multiple administration numbers have their supply stored in different shops. This is inefficient for buyers, as they have to switch shops to purchase the products. These growers can now work through the so-called 'sales organization,' which maintains a single set of delivery conditions. Sofie: "The products from the different administration numbers are all stored in a single shop. This makes purchasing for the buyer much more transparent and efficient."

Setting the location order preferences for Central Auctioning

"For product groups using Central Auctioning, you can now determine which hub you want to auction the batches first. If you auction first on the RFH hub where you expect the highest revenu, the prices on the other hubs can also be better," Sofie explains. "In the clock supply screen, we already had a function to set the sequence of batches on one location, and now the location order is added to that. This gives you, as a grower, increasingly more control over your own auction process." The ability to determine the location order only applies to product groups in Central Auctioning and is currently a pilot program.

See the Helpcenter article for setting the location order preferences.

Floriday Daytrade improvements

To make it even easier for growers to make supply for Floriday Daytrade, improvements have been made to the ‘From Garden’ screen. "You can now easily duplicate a Daytrade batch from the previous day for the following day. And via the Stock screen, it's now also possible to offer batches directly with Daytrade."

New Features for Growers

Last quarter, new features were added for growers to make trading easier and more efficient:

  • Create a special customer offer or purchasing tip, automatically linking the additional services.
  • Create a packing configuration for a trade item and indicate whether or not you want to display it to the buyer in your assortment.
  • In the shop preview, you can now see exactly how your offer (including Clock Presale and Daytrade offers) is displayed to buyers. If you use collections, you'll also see this in your preview.

New features for buyers

We've also added several useful features for buyers:

  • Do you, as a buyer, have access to RFH Pre-Auction (an app on Floriday) where you can prepare your auction? Then you can also give a customer who purchases through MyShop access to this auction preparation app and determine the customer's permissions, such as marking or purchasing on Clock Presale supply.
  • If you're redirected to the Explorer via RFH Pre-Auction to purchase Clock Pre-Sale supply, you can now easily return to the Pre-Auction app.
  • It's now possible to receive separate (V-)EKTs for Clock and Daytrade transactions, for the various RFH hubs.
  • You can now configure your VMP settings in Floriday. When setting up VMP accounts, you now have more filtering options and can specify seat and plate numbers.

More developments?

We haven't limited ourselves to the developments mentioned above. You can read about all the improvements each month in the release notes for growers and buyers. Do you have a wish or good idea for Floriday? Add it to the roadmap for growers or buyers.
