Track & Trace via Floriday

Follow the status of your orders at all times. Floriday makes the delivery process transparent. From loading at the nursery to delivery to the buyer, you can see exactly where your order is.

Where's my order?

“Where's my order?” is a question growers are asked every day. The industry gets many calls about the location of orders. The data exists, but until now there has been no central place for accessing this data. Floriday is working hard on solutions to provide transparency at more and more stages in the delivery process. This includes loading scans at the point of despatch, arrival scans at the hub – and everywhere in between. Points along the supply chain can display track and trace information on Floriday. Pooling track and trace information streamlines processes, avoids mistakes and reduces unnecessary phone calls.

Delivery information from transport companies

Transport companies can also link to Floriday. In a pilot phase, transport orders are being sent to them and they are sending back scanning information. So buyers and growers can follow the transport process in real time.
