New statistics page for My Shop

Well organized supply and an attractive shop invites buyers to browse your supply and easily order your articles. How familiar are your customers with purchasing through your shop? How many orders have been placed through My shop? And have there been times when your shop was visited and the visitor didn't see any supply? You can now find this and much more information in the updated Statistics overview of My Shop.

Statistics version 2.0
When you go to My Shop in Floriday, you'll see several blocks on the Statistics page: the number of views, the number of packages sold and the average price, revenue, and the times your store was visited. What's new is that we can now show more information about your shop!

We've renewed the Statistics overview to include:

  • What your popular items are.
  • How often your collections have been viewed.
  • How many buyers have saved your shop.
  • Which buyers want to be notified when you have new offers.
  • Information about your visitors by market segment and origin.

This is very useful, because with this dashboard provides you with additional information about trading opportunities. 

Want to use the new Statistics page?
Want to benefit from the enriched dashboard for your shop? Then make sure your shop is in order. Use the checklist on the Marketing page of My Shop. Once your shop is completely up and running, contact the Floriday support team via chat, email (support@floriday.io), or phone: +31 174 352070. They can activate the new statistics page for you.

Don't forget to promote your shop!
Take advantage of the opportunity to promote your shop right away. Once you've completed the checklist and your shop looks great, you can post a timeline message in Floriday to all buyers and highlight your shop. You can also do this via the Marketing page in My Shop. Note: You can only promote your shop once via this link, so choose a good time to post and make it count.

On the My Shop Marketing page, you'll also find URL links and QR codes you can use on social media, in emails, or on your website. This way, you can guide buyers directly to your sypply! Learn more about My Shop's features in the helpcenter.
