What is a novelty?
A novelty is an ornamental plant product that has never been marketed before. With, for example, new leaves, a new flower structure, shape and/or different inflorescence. The product does not yet have a VBN code and no turnover. The product does have the right quality (A1) and is available. In addition, you are a member/leader of Royal FloraHolland.
